From 5th to 14th November 2018, the Radiative Transfer Modeling course using the LibRadtran library will be held at the University of São Paulo. This course aims to train students and researchers to use this computational tool in modeling studies of terrestrial and solar radiation and its interactions with gases, particles, clouds and aerosols.
The course will be taught by researcher Dr. Arve Kylling, one of the current developers responsible for LibRadtran and will feature theoretical and practical classes that will allow the students to have direct contact with the code for use in their applications.
The schedule, more information and the link for registration are available on the page: http://www.lfa.if.usp.br/index.php/Events/2018SummerCourse.
Support: FAPESP, IF-USP, IAG-USP and LibRadtran.
